Feedback Strategies: Giving Good Feedback This week, instead of learning about different types of feedback and why it is effective, I learned how to give good feedback to help other students grow. Giving praise is something all students desire to hear about their work, but it isn't going to help them become better. When giving praise, you need to provide concrete examples/evidence on what areas worked and which areas need more maturing.
